What was the highlight of MIMARU Tokyo Station East
Great place to stay when travelling with family.
The two bedroom suite suited our needs travelling with a toddler. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. The washing machine in the room was particularly useful for our seven night stay, the kitchen was great too. Close to Hatchobori metro station and walking distance to Tokyo station and Ginza. Many convenience stores within the block.

What was the highlight of MIMARU Tokyo Station East
Excellent Family Accommodation
We (4 adults & 4 children) booked the City View Two-Bedroom Family Suite With Mini Dining & the room size were perfect for us (comparing to other hotels in Japan which are generally smaller). Prior to our stay, we had a great experience communicating with the staff (from arranging a baby cot & shower tub for our little toddler to creating a birthday surprise for our 9 years old). We stayed for 9 days & they explained very clearly to us that housekeeping will not be done everyday however we are allow to cook in the apartment. We are only a few minute to Hatchobori station, 1 stop from Ginza & only 5 stops away from Disney. It took us only 15 minutes to walk to Tokyo Station (where the Character Street are). There are a few convenience store around the hotel (7-Eleven @ level 1 of the hotel, Lawson & Family Mart). Also there's a few breakfast place around the hotel (Royal Host, Denny's Yoshinoya & Doutor for takeaway). For long stay and especially with kids, the washing machine/dryer in the room helps to ease our headache.
Although I don't really need it but ideally it would be great to have an iron in the room since the washer and dryer is also inside the room. It would be nice to have also more TV channel other then Japanese channels.

Awesome and Nice Apartment Hotel
The room is awesome, it has all the facilities and amenities that we need. The location is also very convenient with a 7-11 store right below. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room is very nice and cosy and the space is perfect for our family. It is really a very nice apartment hotel!
