What was the highlight of MIMARU Tokyo Station East
Great place to stay when travelling with family.
The two bedroom suite suited our needs travelling with a toddler. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. The washing machine in the room was particularly useful for our seven night stay, the kitchen was great too. Close to Hatchobori metro station and walking distance to Tokyo station and Ginza. Many convenience stores within the block.

What was the highlight of MIMARU Tokyo Station East
Very Good
Location is superb. Close to 2 metro stations and a JR line. Walking distance (15 mins) to Tokyo station. And a few family restaurants nearby. The room was a little more dated than the other Mimaru we stayed in Kyoto, but still had the same great amenities and good layout for family stays.
Communication from staff could improve. They advised they were unable to accommodate our request for a cot (10 months in advance!), so we brought our own (which made luggage handling a little more difficult than it needed to be). When we arrived and as we were getting into the lift they asked if we wanted a cot. There were a couple of other minor miscommunication errors as well.

What was the highlight of MIMARU Tokyo Station East
Very Good
The availability of food places around and 7-11 just right below hotel. Room were clean though small, staff were very friendly and helpful. No communication barrier since staff were mostly foreigners. Less than 5 mins walk to Hatchobori station was a score too. Love the washer and dryer in the room and it was very easy to use.
The pungent smell from the aircon, could not get rid of the smell even though we sprayed air freshener and placing the deodorizer beads. No availability of in-house restaurant for breakfast.
